These terms govern your use of trueceylonspices.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.

About us

True Ceylon Spices is a spice producer and exporter registered in Sri Lanka under G/07/10071, at 144/1, Gamagoda, Baddegama, Sri Lanka 80200.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products

We sell packaged Ceylon spices and allied products sourced from farms in Sri Lanka.

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement here has been evaluated by any medical or regulatory authority. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product for health purposes.

Products are packed in a facility that handles multiple spices. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Natural agricultural products vary in colour, size, aroma and oil content between harvests. Photographs are representative.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US Dollar (USD) and exclude customs duties and import taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details. Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order with a full refund, where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery times, return conditions and data handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.

Import compliance

You are responsible for ensuring the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country, and for paying any duties or taxes due on import.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, logos and graphics on this website are the property of True Ceylon Spices and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
